Users may, with the appropriate permission settings, archive Alerts from the Alerts Sub-Grid (mini-grid) of records.
To configure permission:
Click the Settings menu (gear icon).
Click Org Roles/Permissions.
Locate the user Role and click Feature Access.
Click the Archive Alerts from Sub-Grids toggle to ON.
Click OK at the bottom of the window to save.
Users will see the Archive button to the right of the Add button in the Alerts Sub-Grid (mini-grid) of records.
NOTE: This same feature can also be activated/deactivated for Tasks in the Tasks Sub-Grid (mini-grid) of records from the Feature Access window.
