Cloning is used to make a copy of an existing role. Roles that are linked to Parent or Relational roles cannot be cloned.
Click
on the row containing role you want to copy. The system adds a copy underneath the original role.
2. Hover over the copy, click the icon, change the role name and click
.
3. Modify the and/or
as needed.
Optional: Drag and drop the new role into the appropriate organization in the Organizations hierarchy.
