System Administrators may need to Suspend User accounts for a short period of time, but they can also Suspend and Archive a User, effectively removing the user from the account. Suspending and Archiving user accounts is done in Users from the Application Settings.

NOTE: Simply clicking the Archive button while on the User details page will both suspend and archive them at the same time. When to Use: When the user is no longer with the organization.

Step 1: Suspend the user.

This prevents the user from logging into the system and temporarily frees up a license.

    from the Settings menu.

  2. Select and open the user account you wish to suspend.

  3. Move the Suspended slider to.

  4. Click .

  5. The next time the user attempts to log in, he/she will receive the following message: “Your account is inactive. Please contact your administrator.”

NOTE: You may re-activate a suspended user by moving the Suspended slider to the

position.

Step 2: Archive the user after suspending.

This removes the suspended user from the application.

  1. Select and open the Suspended user account you wish to archive.

  2. Click in the menu bar.

If you want to restore an archived user to the Users list do the following:
