Notes allow for free-form information to be added to records. With the proper configuration and permissions, users may directly edit and type in a Notes field in a Master (as seen in the graphic below) or Sub-grid and the field will autosave when the user clicks out. NOTE: The Requests Master grid and Request details page do not have this capability.
