NOTE: Templates are available only in accounts which have paid for them.
When the toggle is set to OFF, the output of the document from the template will display the tag label (e.g., {{Address}} or {{Work Phone Number}}) for any field in which the system has no data available. When the toggle is set to ON, the output of the document from the template will show a blank space for any field that has no available data.
This feature is beneficial if the template is at risk of generating a document with lots of tag labels.
NOTE: There is also the risk of an important or critical piece of information being absent in the generated document which, although it is not available in the system to populate the Merge Field, may need to be manually entered into the document. It is recommended that any legal document be thoroughly reviewed before being finalized and sent for approval/execution.
