Further refine your searches using Advanced Criteria β searches based on selected fields, operators and values.
From the homepage, select
under Tools in the sidebar menu.Select a specific Record Type you want to search in (Contracts, Contacts, Organizations, Documents, Assignments, and Tasks or Alerts NOTE: Requests are also searchable) and enter any general search criteria.
Click
.Select the Field Name to filter on. The available fields are based on the standard fields for the record type you chose in Step 2.
Select an Operator (=, <>, <, <=, >, >=, starts with, ends with, contains)
Select or type a Search Value.
To add more advanced criteria rows, click the
button. To remove a row, click the
icon.When finished defining advanced criteria, click the
button.Click the
icon to export the search results to PDF or Excel.
