NOTE: Requests are a feature available in accounts which have paid for them.

Understanding Requests

A Request is a user's wish to add a record. This is usually a request for a new Contract, but can also be an amendment or addendum to an existing Contract record or even a new Contact or Organization record.

Users reviewing submitted requests have the option to reject the request.

1. Select REQUESTS on the navigation menu, and then select the appropriate Request type.

2. Click to open a "Submitted" request.

3. Click in the menu bar.

4. Enter the reason for rejecting the request in the pop-up and click .

What happens next:

The submitter receives a rejection email with the rejection notes included.

Rejection notes can also be viewed in the Request record by clicking </> above either the Request Stage or Request Status fields to display the Stage & Status tracking grid.

The Request Status changes from “Submitted” to "Rejected". The status column in the Requests grid includes a warning icon.

The Request form becomes editable again to the Submitter so they can make changes.

The submitter can resubmit by clicking the button.
