NOTE: Requests are a feature available in accounts which have paid for them.
Understanding Requests
A Request is a user's wish to add a record. This is usually a request for a new Contract, but can also be an amendment or addendum to an existing Contract record or even a new Contact or Organization record.
Requests that have been rejected may be resubmitted.
Select REQUESTS on the navigation menu, and choose the appropriate Request type.
The status column in the Requests grid will display a warning icon and the status “Rejected”.
Click to open the request and edit as needed.
Click the
button.The request status changes to "Resubmitted."
