This panel on the Homepage reports on key contract dates. The drop-down menu next to the Columns drop-down is where you choose dates from the past or forecast into the future. Examples include the past 45 days, or the next 45 days.
Displays the number of contracts having an expiration date in the past or next X number of days. Click on a contract in the grid to open it.
Displays the number of contracts having a renewal date in the past or next X number of days. Click the Renewals tab to display the list; click on a contract in the grid to open it.
Terminations
(not seen in graphic above) - Displays the number of contracts having a termination date in the past or next X number of days. Click the Terminations tab to display the list; click on a contract in the grid to open it.
The Date Reports grids behave as other grids in the system do and can be sorted and filtered. To change the columns displayed in either list, click the Columns drop-down
and select or deselect columns.
To export the report as a PDF or Excel spreadsheet, click .
