How to Edit a Report

You can temporarily modify any report in the Standard Reports, My Reports or Shared Reports tab before you output (sort, filter, group, add or remove columns, etc.) but any changes you make will not be saved.

However, you can edit (clone) your own personal reports located in My Reports:

  1. Select on the navigation menu.

  2. Click the tab.

  3. Select (run) the report you want to edit.

  4. Click the button in the menu bar. Enter a new name for the report.

  5. Make changes.

  6. Click.

NOTE: The cloned report appears in the list of My Reports. The original report appears also with the original report name.

How to Archive a Report

You can archive (remove) a report from My Reports if you no longer need it.

  1. Select (run) the report.

  2. Click in the menu bar.

NOTE: To archive, you must have Archive-Delete turned on in your Role’s Feature Access settings.
