Use this procedure to make your personal reports available to other users.
To begin, click
under Tools on the navigation menu.
Next, select either the
or
tab.
Click on the report you want to share, and then click
.
Select Save as Shared Report.
A copy of the report will be placed in the
tab, making it available for any user to run. The "Created By" column displays the name of the user who created the report, regardless of how many times it is subsequently shared, as this is useful for understanding the user who originated the report.
NOTE: Sharing a report requires that you have the following feature enabled in your Role’s Feature Access: Reports-Save as Shared.
