Each Record includes an Audit History which displays a list of changes and who made them within the record. The Record's Audit drop-down menu contains Audit History, which opens to an Audit Grid for the record.
NOTE: Existing and broader audit capabilities are kept in the Application Settings which are only available to users who have privilege access.
