Across all categories of reports, you can schedule a report to be generated and sent, either as an attachment or a link, with the report appearing in the Scheduled Reports tab. When Scheduling a Report, follow the steps below:
Click to choose a report from under the Standard, My, Custom, or Shared Reports tab (e.g., All Pending Tasks - under the Standard Report tab).

. The Schedule this Report pop-up window will appear:Enter a name for the report in the Scheduled Report Name Field.
NOTE: The Source Type and Source Report fields will already be filled based on the chosen source report and cannot be adjusted.
(Optional) Enter a brief description of the report in the Notification Message field.
Next, choose the Output Format from the drop-down, either Excel or PDF.
Click the Delivery Method drop-down to choose Email, In System, or both Email and In System.
Use the Deliver As drop-down to choose Link or Attachment.
From the Start Date calendar, chose a date for the report to begin.
From the Start Time drop-down, choose the start time on the hour or half-hour.
In the Time Zone drop-down, choose the time zone for running the report.
NOTE: Your time zone may be found by scrolling up on this list.
Next, enter a number or click the up or down arrows to choose the Run Every frequency number.
Then, use the Recurrence Unit drop-down menu to select the frequency type (Days, Weeks, Months, or Years).
In the Retention drop-down, select the number of days the report will appear in Scheduled Reports grid.
Use the Recipients drop-down to choose who will receive the report (Contact, User, Department, Role, or Email). Once selected, click +Add .
NOTE: You can select multiple people or groups to receive the report by selecting +Add for each.
In the Recipient Type drop-down, select To, CC, or BCC for each recipient.
NOTE: Since emails generated by the system come from the Contract Logix Administrator using a <no-reply> address, you can use the Reply-To checkbox to indicate who should receive replies instead of <no-reply>.
