After logging in, you will be on your Home page. The Home page includes Action Tiles for performing one-click actions, the sidebar Navigation menu and Topbar, plus various informational panels, such as Date Reports and the Task List.
The Topbar includes:
Icons for tracking Alerts
, Watched records 
and Tasks 
. a Quick Search field
.a User Preferences menu that appears when you hover over or click on your name or avatar.

To move the items in the top bar, drag and drop into the desired location.
Finally, click the cog icon 
located in the bottom left-hand corner or click the Application Settings Action Tile to access the Settings menu, used to perform system setup functions.
NOTE: The icon and the Settings menu is only visible to users having the proper role access.
