The Recent Activity panel on Home page lists the last 25 actions you have taken. Actions include modifying or adding new records but do not include simply viewing a record. The most recent activity appears at the top. Each entry includes the type of record, record number and name, the date of the activity and for documents, the parent record.
Click on an entry to open that record.
