Under the Views dropdown on any main grid, you can select Create New View to save custom views (layouts) for yourself.
(this image includes example View names, however you will have no Views listed until you create a view.)
To create a new view:
Select Create New View on the Views drop down of any main grid.
Give your new view a name and click OK.
Modify the columns, sort order, apply filters, etc.
NOTE: It is necessary to click Create New View first, then once named, begin to adjust the Grid View.
To remove a view:
Select a different view (you cannot remove a view that’s currently in use)
Click the ‘X’ next to the view name.
Click OK.
