Grid results/views can be exported to PDF or Excel.
Click the
button at the top right-hand side of the grid.
Select the export type: PDF or Excel.
Follow the prompts for your browser to Open or Save the file.
Grid layouts can also be saved as a custom report. Click the How to Create Reports (My Reports) link.
