To sort a grid, select the column you want to sort on.
To sort ascending (A-Z or low to high) click once on the column header or click the Column Settings icon
and select

To sort descending (Z-A or high to low) click again on the column header
or click the Column Settings icon and select 
.To revert to the default sort, click a third time on the column header. The default sort is ascending by record ID (newest on the bottom).
An Up Arrow or Down Arrow indicates the sort direction and tells you on which column the grid is sorted as seen below.
TIP: The system "remembers" the sort order you apply when you leave the page and return.
