Users have two options for scrolling in grids.

The default is virtual scrolling – you can scroll up or down, from top to bottom, through the entire grid. A message at the bottom center of the grid tells you how many rows there are, e.g. 79 records returned.

The other option is Grid Paging. When Grid Paging is selected, records are divided up into pages and you can scroll up or down but only within a single page at a time. To turn on this option, click on your name or avatar to display the User Preferences menu, select User Preferences and slide the Use Grid Paging switch to the ON position.

The paging controls, visible on the bottom left-hand side of the grid when Grid Paging is on, enable you to…

  • go to the first page

  • go to the previous page

  • go to a specific page # (current page is highlighted)

  • go to the next page

  • go to the last page

The page size, which defaults to 100 records, can be changed by selecting a new size from the drop-down. Page size choices range from 25 to 1000 rows, or you can select Show All.
