Administrative Settings (Settings Menu)

Information on the Administrative Settings in Contract Logix

The administrative area of the system is reserved for users who will be setting up and administering the system.

To access the Settings menu, click the Settings icon (cog) , located at the bottom left-hand corner of the Home page. Or, click the Application Settings Action tile at the top of the Home page, as seen below.

NOTE: If you do not see a cog icon or the Application Settings tile, your role does not permit you to access Settings (access requires Add/Edit or Read Only access to both Administration Settings and Application Settings in Feature Access).

The Settings menu includes the following items:

  • Application Settings

  • Users

  • Org Roles/Permissions

  • Look-ups

  • Workflows (are features available in accounts which have paid for them)

  • Integrations (available for accounts which have requested API integration)

  • Clauses (are features available in accounts which have paid for them)

  • Templates (are features available in accounts which have paid for them)

  • Alert Rules

  • Email Templates

  • Type Manager

  • Access Logs

  • Audit Logs

  • Email Logs
