Each user can select from among four overall theme colors and four different themes.
Click on your name or picture to display the User Preferences menu.
Select User Preferences.
From the Preferences, select the desired Theme Color. Alternatively, click on one of the four Themes.
Beyond the option to use the Theme picker, or selectively pick a color for the application's:
Background Color
Menu Bar Color
Panel Header Color
