You can select a picture to be your avatar to display next to your name. If you do not select an avatar, your initials will be displayed instead.
Click on your name or picture to display the User Preferences menu.
Click Change Avatar.
Drag and drop the picture into the box or click to browse.
Click Submit.
Refresh the browser to see the change.
