How to Reset your Password

Information on how User's can change their password in Contract Logix

Method 1: From within the Application

Click on your name or picture to display the User Preferences menu.

Click Change Password.

In the Change User Password screen, enter your current password, then enter the new password and enter it again to confirm.

Click Submit.

Method 2: From the Login Screen

Click "Forgot Password?"

Enter your Username and then click Send Password Reset Link

Follow the instructions in the Password Reset email

The default password policy includes the following password requirements:

  • must contain a digit, an uppercase, a lowercase and a non-alphanumeric character

  • must be at least 6 characters long with 4 unique characters

  • must be updated every 90 days and the new password must be different.

Password requirements may be different in your system; check with your system administrator.
