How to Set Up E-Signature with Sertifi

Part 1: Enable Sertifi

  1. From the homepage, click to open the Application Settings.

  2. In Application Settings, locate and select the E-Signature Settings tab.

  3. Select the E-Signature Type Sertifi from the drop-down.

  4. Set the Enable switch to the ON position. NOTE: Once ON, the E-Signature Type cannot be changed unless you switch Enable to OFF.

  5. Click .

Part 2: Integrate users

An e-signature user is anyone who will check documents out for e-signature. User must have a valid Production Sertifi account. This step integrates the user’s Sertifi account with CLX.

NOTE: You must be a Sertifi Super Admin in order to view the API code within your Sertifi portal (Step 1)

  1. Get the API code for your organization. To do this:

    1. Log into your Sertifi portal as a Super Admin.

    2. Click the tab.

    3. Click .

    4. Copy the API Code at the top.

  2. Next, click on the Settings menu.

  3. Select the user.

  4. Click the button.

  5. Enter the user’s Sertifi email address.

  6. Paste the API Code you copied in Step 1 into the Sertifi API Code field (all users will use the same API Code).

  7. Click . If the code is not valid or the user not recognized, an error message will be displayed at the top of the screen. Fix and re-try.

  8. Finally, click .
