The user who checks a document out for e-signature may select Cancel E-signature from the

NOTE: The user must have proper permissions for Unlock. The document will be unlocked, and the following message will be displayed in the document record: Your document's electronic signature status is Voided.
NOTE:
In DocuSign, signers may select “void” or “Decline to Sign”. In Contract Logix, the document will be unlocked, and the following message will be displayed in the Contract Logix document record: Your document's electronic signature status is Voided.
In Sertifi, there is also a “Decline to Sign” option; however, currently this information is not transmitted back to CLX nor will it undo the check out.
