E-Signature tags will be passed to DocuSign or Sertifi to indicate signing locations for names, titles, dates, etc. within a document checked out for E-Signature.

  1. Open the document (either Document Details or Document Preview).

  2. Click the button in the menu bar.

  3. Type the desired tag in the document.

  4. Click.

DocuSign

Tags for Signature 1 appear below. Substitute the signer number for additional signers.

*Notes: If tags are not included in the document, the signer can select field(s) to drag onto the document during the signing process. If added manually to the document prior to checkout, the tags will be visible in the signed document, so to hide them, change the tag font color to match the background.
