  1. Open the Document record details for a document that has been checked out for E-Signature.

  2. Click in the menu bar and select Check Status.

The DocuSign log includes the following information:

The Recipient Status for each recipient shows when the e-signature request was sent, when delivered, when signed and the current Status.

The Activity Log provides a detailed list of each action related to the e-signature request, including the time, username, action, a detailed activity description, and the Status.

Once all recipients have a status of Completed (meaning they have signed the document), you will receive an email from DocuSign with a copy of the signed document attached and the signed document will be checked into Contract Logix automatically as a PDF.

The Sertifi log includes the following information:

Document Status: Document Name and Status (Signed, Partially Signed or Unsigned). Signed Date is displayed when all signers have signed.

Recipient Status: Each recipient, the sequence, Status (Signed or Unsigned) and the Signed Date

The Documents grid:

When a document is checked out using workflow e-signature automation, the “Checked Out By” columns in the Documents grid will display a system message indicating that it was checked out by “System” and the name of the person who created the workflow.
