NOTE: Editing documents is a feature available in accounts which have paid for them.
Contract Logix (see NOTE above) includes a document editor. Standard editing features such as spellcheck, find and replace, and applying styles are supported, and all use simple and familiar menus and icons. Especially useful for contracting are the collaboration tools which allow you to manage comments, track changes made by a reviewer (redlines), and work on documents collaboratively with other users.

To edit a document:
Click
in the menu bar of the document record or document preview page.Make the desired changes to the document.
Click
in the menu bar, located above the editor window (not in the editor itself).
Document Versions
Each time you save a document, a new version is created. Document versions can be seen at the bottom of the document details record (newest on top).
To preview a previous version, click the "eye" icon
in the Open Version column.To download a previous version, click on the file name.
