Understanding Duplication Handling
When performing Data Extraction, as the application begins to process a file, an automatic check against existing files and records is performed. If the application identifies a potential duplicate record, a warning (see graphic) appears on the extraction report page.
A user may continue with the extraction or go back to ensure they’re uploading the correct file.
