AI-Driven Contract Analysis and customizable Data Extraction automatically extracts legal language and contract data and populates it into a Contract record in Contract Logix. Unlike the previous version of Data Extraction, this version is fully customizable, meaning any information can be extracted (e.g., "What is the auto-renewal date?" or "What is the general aggregate amount?"). AI-Driven Contract Analysis analyzes contract language for key terms and clauses which allows users to run reports and perform analytics on any aspect of contract data or language. The goal of AI-Driven Data Extraction is more accurate contract assimilation and easier contract record development.
