NOTE: AI-Driven Contract Analysis and Data Extraction features are available only in accounts which have paid for them.
For users to upload contract files for AI-Driven Contract Analysis and Bulk Data Extraction, the feature must first be activated in the user's Feature Access for their Role within Org Roles/Permissions in the Application Settings.
Use the following steps for activating the Feature Access to provide the user Role AI-Driven Contract Analysis and Bulk Data Extraction:
(NOTE: Admin-level permissions are necessary to access the Application Settings and make changes to User Role permissions. Ask your System Admin for assistance with these settings.)
On the Homepage, click Application Settings
. Click Org Roles/Permissions from the left-hand menu.
Locate the Role which the user is assigned and click the Feature Access button.
Scroll down on the Feature Access pop-up window and locate the Data Extraction Section. Click the Data Extraction toggle to ON. NOTE: This is the main Data Extraction toggle and must be ON.
Next, click the AI Data Extraction toggle to ON, as seen in the graphic below. NOTE: Additional Data Extraction toggles can also be selected ON here.
Click the AI Bulk Data Extraction toggle to ON for activating Bulk AI DE.
Lastly, click the blue OK at the bottom of the Feature Access pop-up window to save the changes.
