NOTE: AI-Driven Contract Analysis and Data Extraction features are available only in accounts which have paid for them.
AI-Driven Contract Analysis and Data Extraction User Feature Access
The first step towards using AI-Driven Contract Analysis and Data Extraction (AI DE, for short) and Bulk Data Extraction is for Users to activate the features in Feature Access for their Role within Org Roles/Permissions in the Application Settings.
NOTE: Admin-level permission is necessary to adjust Org Roles/Permissions.
Use the following steps to provide Feature Access to Data Extraction and AI Data Extraction:
On the Homepage, click
to access the Application Settings.Click Org Roles/Permissions from the left-hand Menu.
Locate the Role which the user is assigned and click
.Scroll down the Feature Access pop-up window and locate Data Extraction. Click the toggle to ON.
Next, click the AI Data Extraction toggle to ON, as seen in the graphic below. NOTE: Additional Data Extraction toggles can also be selected ON here, including AI Bulk Data Extraction.
Click
at the bottom of the Feature Access pop-up window to save the changes.
