Understanding AI-Driven Contract Analysis and Data Extraction Fields Report

In Type Manager, the button provides users with access to an Excel spreadsheet containing a list of each field in all Contract Type layouts. The two tabs are: Global Fields and Type Specific Fields. The spreadsheet is used to identify any customized fields and provide an easier way to review the prompt language entered in the field’s description.

Global Fields

This tab has two columns: Field Label and Description. The description is populated by the current description for the corresponding field in the layouts.

Type Specific Fields

This tab has four columns: Contract Type, Field Label, Description, and Example. The Contract Type column helps identify which Contract Type layout contains the customized field.
