This option restricts users from assigning the current Contract record the user is viewing to an Assignment record. This also shortens the list of available contracts in the Associated Contract field when creating a new Assignment record.
When selected, a banner will appear at the top of the Contract record to indicate the record is not assignable.
NOTE: Using the Option menu again, with permissions you can make the Contract record Assignable again.
