NOTE: AI-Driven Contract Analysis and Data Extraction features are available only in accounts which have paid for them.
When performing Bulk AI-Driven Contract Analysis and Data Extraction, each upload is captured as a "batch", meaning one to many contract files being processed for extraction.
The Export Batch Data feature is an Excel spreadsheet report with details of the batch. It includes two tabs, one labeled Batch Information and the other labeled Documents, as seen below.

The list below shows what columns of information each tab contains.
Batch Information
Batch ID #
Document Count = the number of Document files in the batch
Created Date
Post Verification = the number of files after the initial verification of which files to analyze
Skip Duplicates = Yes or No to whether duplicates were skipped
Is Background Processed = Yes or No to background processing
Fields Extracted = the number of fields where AI DE extracted data
Fields Expected = the total number of fields from all record types
Documents
Document ID = document ID assigned for the batch
Filename = the name of the file
Status = the status of the Extraction process (e.g., Needs Verification, Completed, etc.)
Contract ID = the ID number of the Contract record (if Reprocessing involved)
Contract Type
Is Duplicate = Yes or No if the system has identified what it believes is a duplicate file
MD5 Duplicate = Yes or No if the MD5 protocol identified a duplicate (for more information, click the What is MD5? article link)
Fields Extracted = the number of extracted fields for that file
Fields Expected = the total number of fields based on the identified record type
Created Date
Updated Date
NOTE: Additional columns of data appear in the Documents Tab which are the fields with AI-Driven Contract Analysis activated for that field. Meaning, the cells are populated with the extracted data based on the description (i.e., the prompt) the analysis used to extract the information.
