Allow Multiple are toggles which provide the ability for multiple values of two particular Object Type fields: Internal Organization for Contract records and Parent Record for Document records.
Contract Records
In certain instances, a Contract record may have multiple Internal Organizations each with responsibility to the agreement. NOTE: The Property Name for this field (despite whatever label name is chosen, for example "Party Name", "Counterparty", or "Third-Party") is always "selectedInternalOrganization".
To activate this capability, locate and edit the field by clicking 
. Locate and click the Allow Multiple toggle to ON as seen below.
Document Records
Certain Document records may be utilized with more than one Contract record. Examples include forms or certifications. NOTE: The Property Name for this field is "selectedParentRecord".
