Contract Logix uses a Grid feature to allow users to easily locate specific record types. These Grids can be customized and the columns within the Grids can be filtered to only display a specific set of results.
While this ability to filter the Grid columns is helpful, users will often forget that they have active column filters and as a result they will not see the records they think that they should. When this happens, the first thing to do is to clear the column filters.
The Column Settings icon is highlighted
when a filter is applied.
To clear the filter on a single column, click the Column Settings
button
then click 
To clear the filters on all columns, click
at the top right of the list to open the Columns menu and select Clear Filters at the top of the menu.
